Biography: Jun Kobayashi excelled in sports in high school, including soccer and baseball. After graduation, Kobayashi joined the Kazuma Fujita dojo in early 2003 as apart of the school's 6th term class, which included such stars as FURY wrestlers Naoki "Mastodon" Fukuda, Hidaka Kamon, and future OLYMPUS-FS Middleweight Champion Yuichi Miwa. The 6th term was unique from the other classes, in that it was the first (and only) class to debut in America, where the students gained even more knowledge. Kobayashi debuted as one of the top stars in the class behind only "prodigy" Shinsuke Takahashi. However, Kobayashi showed his potential by defeating his rival in the "SUPER F CUP" tournament in 2003.

While many expected the class to eventually join FURY, Kazuma Fujita had other plans, as he announced the revival of "Real Japan Pro-Wrestling," with the 6th term students being brought back to Japan to fill the roster. Kobayashi continued his rivalry with Takahashi on the Japanese mat, but it would only last for a few months, as the company quickly went under due to financial constraints. It would be the beginning of a rocky road for Kobayashi, who found himself without a home as FURY failed to pick up his contract. Eventually, Kobayashi found himself apart of the "AMERICAN MUSCLE" project, where he was immediately pegged as a rising star. But once again, bad lucks truck, as the project failed to continue after its second show. Kobayashi continued to affiliate himself with Fujita's "OFFICE KAZUMA" group, and spent his time working for several independent groups scattered across Japan. It wouldn't be until 2007 that Kobayashi would finally find a steady home, as he joined the "FREEDOM" group, which would eventually become "Pro-Wrestling DYNAMITE." Kobayashi spent most of his time as a solid tag wrestler, but failed to break out as a singles star. Kobayashi finally won his first title early in 2008, as he and Masafumi Satake captured the IFS Tag Team titles from Shino Hiriyama and Kazuhiro Okamura. Kobayashi finally had his break out singles performance in October of that year, as he won DYNAMITE's "FREEDOM ROAD" tournament by defeating CRIMSON star Akuma Toyota.

Towards the end of the year, with DYNAMITE under severe financial duress, Kobayashi accepted an opportunity to leave the company, where he officially announced himself as a freelancer. Kobayashi wasted little time in his movement, as he made a stunning appearance on FURY's 1/02/2009 Korakuen event, where he appealed to enter the FURY ring for the first time. While his appeal was accepted, he immediately found himself at odds with fellow 6th term student, Naoki "Mastodon" Fukuda, who refused to accept Kobayashi's entry into the FURY ring.
