Biography: Kawamura studied to become a sumo during his high school days, following the diets and exercises. However, rather than attempt to become a professional sumo after high school, Kawamura went to college, where he graduated from a local Tokyo community college. Afterwards, Kawamura felt that sumo had passed him by, and pursued his other goal of becoming a professional wrestler. Kawamura was trained early on by Kazuma Fujita in his dojo, who gave Kawamura his ring name of "Tetsujin", which literally translates to "Iron Man". However, after Fujita pulled his funding from FURY and distanced himself from the group, Tetsujin jumped to FURY, becoming the product of their "FURY MAX" project.
