- We finally had the first match of the night, as Tetsujin faced off against freelancer Ryuugo Nagashima in a singles match. Bad blood had been developing between the two budding wrestlers for weeks. Tonight, they would be forced to let out all of their frustrations. Neither man held anything back at the start, as they engaged with by trading chops back and forth. Neither man could hang onto control for very long, as one would grab a hold, only for the other to quickly counter. Tetsujin finally got the better of Nagashima after catching him with a flurry of hip attacks. Nagashima tried to fight through the blows, only to be knocked down after a jumping hip attack. However, Nagashima managed to escape Tetsujin's Tetsuotoshi attempt with a flurry of elbows, leading to him cradling Tetsujin with a small package, only to kick out after 2.5. As Tetsujin scrambled to hit feet, he swung wildly with a lariat, only for Nagashima to duck, and cradle Tetsujin once more with a backslide! This time, Tetsujin was UNABLE to kick out, as Nagashima managed to hold Tetsujin's shoulders down for a three count!
Tetsujin's eyes widened in shock after the gong. Nagashima attempted to make amends by offering a handshake... Tetsujin at first refused. But after some thinking, he decided to accept the gesture... On the microphone, Tetsujin apologized for his recent behavior, and said that now that Nagashima had beaten him in a singles match, he would accept him... However, Tetsujin said he would work hard from this point on to eclipse Nagashima in rank.

- The tournament continued as REAL-ONE's Shigeru Iwasaki met UPRISER'Z member RYUJI in the B block. RYUJI lived up to his words as he aimed to simply "have fun" at his opponent's expense. He played mind games with Iwasaki early on after teasing getting himself counted out, only to roll back in at the count of 19. This led to a fed up Iwasaki to CHASE RYUJI around the ring. RYUJI continued to frustrate Iwasaki, as he hid himself under the ring! Iwasaki finally stopped running as the referee reached the count of 17. Iwasaki shrugged, before he started to climb onto the apron. However, A HAND emerged from under the apron, that latched onto Iwasaki's ankle! Iwasaki began to panic as the ref's count reached 19. Iwasaki began to STOMP on the hand frantically, before finally breaking its grip! However, before Iwasaki could slide into the ring, the ref had reached twenty, counting both he and RYUJI out! It was only then that RYUJI appeared from under the ring with a smile, while holding the hand Iwasaki was stomping on... As a result of the match, neither man will be given points.
- In the third tournament bout, defending champion Kotaro Ota met the man he ended up dethroning as F-MAX Jr. Heavyweight Champion last year at Ryogoku, Kyoto Okazaki. The two rivals kept a slow pace at the start, with Okazaki making sure not to underestimate the man that ended his 10-month reign as champion. Ota however looked sluggish through out the match, nursing his shoulder through out. Okazaki noticed this, and made it his target as the match approached the ten-minute mark. However, Ota kicked things into gear after avoiding Okazaki's Moonsault press. Ota unloaded with a flurry of thrust kicks, which led to him connecting with the Violent Spark. He aimed for a second Violent Spark moments later, only for Okazaki to shove Ota into the corner chest first, allowing him to connect with a reverse Super Redhawk! As the match hit the fifteen minute mark, Okazaki finally connected with the Moonsault press. Ota however showed his Burning Spirit by kicking out after 2.8! Okazaki wasted no time in going for the Otokogoroshi. Ota however countered, using all of his strength to throw Okazaki over his shoulder. With the twenty-minute deadline slowly approaching, Ota struck, connecting with another thrust kick, allowing him to catch Okazaki with the MICHELADA! Okazaki tried to keep his composure as he tried to reach the ropes. However, panic set in as he dropped to a knee... It appeared that Okazaki was quickly fading, which would force the referee to stop the bout. However, before he could intervene, twenty-minute time limit had passed! Ota was extremely frustrated afterwards, as he was within a moments grasp of victory... As a result, both men will be awarded one point.
- In the six bout, REAL-ONE clashed with UPRISER'Z in a fierce eight-man tag team confrontation. In the end, Daisuke Iwata would use the dangerous Cobra Claw to pin Hujikawa just long enough for the three count... After the match, Naoki and TAKU went at it verbally over the microphone. In the end, a No DQ Deathmatch was decided between the two on 7/18 at JCB Hall. Fukuda told other members of UPRISER'Z not to interfere. TAKU replied, "I'll see what I can do."
- In the seventh match, Kazuma Fujita made his return to the FURY ring for the first time since 5/31. He was greeted with an overwhelming ovation from the Osaka fans. Along with Fujita were Ooinaru Waza members Otsuo Kayusa and Seiji Sasaki, as the trio faced NEW FORCE members Akira Takayoshi, Naoyuki Watanabe and Kazuki Sendo. Much to the excitement of the Osaka fans, Akira met Fujita head-on to start the match. Both men exchanged attacks, while neither man could get the advantage. As the match progressed, something of a personal rivalry developed between Watanabe and Kayusa, as Watanabe would constantly take cheap shots at the F-MAX Unified Heavyweight Champion. In the end, Watanabe would score the pinfall over Seiji Sasaki after catching him across the jaw with the Shining Wizard... After the match, Watanabe pointed towards Kayusa while making a "belt" motion around his waist. Over the microphone, Watanabe finally spelled it out bluntly, CHALLENGING the champion to a title match! Kayusa thought for a moment, before ACCEPTING Watanabe's challenge! The match was made official for FURY's 7/17 show at Korakuen Hall!

The two had some thrilling exchanges as well, such as one moment that saw Shimoda counter Kawachi's go 2 school by catching the leg, leading to him connecting with the Shinto Buster! Moments later however, Kawachi returned the favor by catching Shimoda across his shoulders off a swan dive, before BLASTING him with the go 2 school! Towards the end, it appeared Shimoda was getting the edge as he unloaded onto Kawachi with the Torokeru Combination... However, as Shimoda aimed for the Torokeru Knee, Kawachi telegraphed it by catching Shimoda with the GTK! Kawachi managed to hold Shimoda's legs back just long enough for the three count!

Hiroto had the edge here, but ATSUKA would soon gain control after making use of his agility. Hiroto however would score the first near fall of the match after the six minute mark, after catching ATSUKA coming off the top rope with a THICK kick to the body, nearly knocking the wind completely out of ATSUKA! ATSUKA finally made some headway after finally catching one of Hiroto's kicks, before countering with a dragon screw! Hiroto's leg would remain ATSUKA's main target through out the match. He would later connect with a missile kick from the top, blasting Hiroto squarely in the injured leg! In the end, despite taking an incredible amount of punishment, ATSUKA would catch Hiroto by surprise after scooping him into the air and planting him on the mat with a modified spinebuster. There, ATSUKA crossed Hiroto's legs, hyperextending his injured limb, before intertwining Hiroto's arms to secure the Nudo Lagunero! Hiroto SCREAMED in pain as ATSUKA lifted up on Hiroto's arms to create even more pressure... Not wanting to risk further injury, Hiroto was forced to submit, giving ATSUKA the win!
- Afterwards, F-MAX Unified Heavyweight Champion Otsuo Kayusa, Chikao Kessin, Norihiro Akashi, Yoshihiro Shimoda (who remained at ringside), and Seiji Sasaki all appeared.
