- On October 25, Pro-Wrestling FURY will celebrate its 6th anniversary by returning to the Osaka Prefectural Gymnasium #2. Like last year, the "ANNIVERSARY CUP" will return, with eight teams being named. All four of FURY's primary units will be represented, along with a couple of special teams.
In addition, Kyoto Okazaki will get his wish, as his petition for a match against NEW FORCE's C. Bones has been granted. However, it has yet to be determined whether or not Bones' WCC sanctioned IHC title will be on the line. Okazaki has repeatedly demanded a chance at the title, but negotiations are still ongoing between both FURY and Wrestle Coast: Cascadia. In the end that the title match isn't granted, a win by Okazaki would surely force WCC's hand by naming him the number one contender.
Also, Shin Kaiju's attempt at becoming F-MAX Jr. Heavyweight Champion has been confirmed, as he'll challenge Kotaro Ota for the title in Osaka. Kaiju earned the right to the title match back in May after winning the 6WAY hair vs. mask cage match. This will be the hardest task for the young Kotaro Ota, who has barely begun what was his meteoric rise to becoming the F-MAX Jr. Heavyweight Champion. Will Ota continue to forge his destiny, or is Kaiju on the road towards becoming a double champion?
