- During a special fan event from Tokyo's Fighting Café Colosseo, F-MAX Unified Heavyweight Champion Otsuo Kayusa made a huge announcement, as he revealed the formation of a new unit! Much to the surprise of the fans in attendance, Kayusa called out Norihiro Akashi, Seiji Sasaki. Akashi expressed his excitement in continuing to follow his senpai, and said that he looked forward to what the future held... However, Kayusa said that he had recruited two other wrestlers, first bringing out former tag rival, CHIKAO KESSIN! The jovial Kessin clasped hands with the F-MAX Unified Heavyweight Champion as fans snapped various photos. Finally however, Kayusa introduced the final member of his new faction, YOSHIHIRO SHIMODA! When asked why they were joining Kayusa's unit, Kessin said that he had always admired Kayusa during their matches together, and looked forward to working under the F-MAX Unified Heavyweight Champion. Shimoda however said with all of the roster movement, he felt that he needed to make his move as well, as to not be left behind. He pledged his support to Kayusa and the new faction, promising great things to come.

Regarding the name of the faction, Kayusa said that they would be holding a special fan vote to determine a name, and presented the fans with an e-mail address where they could submit their suggestions. Kayusa stated that the winning selection would two free ringside tickets to the J1-MAX League finals from Tokyo's JCB Hall on 7/18. The name and winner will be announced on FURY's 7/05 rally from Osaka!
