- With two nights of group matches left in the J1-MAX League, FURY returned to Saitama in front of a full house. Due to Kotaro Ota's cancellation, there would only be two tournament matches tonight. However, they were two big matches, as REAL-ONE's Shigeru Iwasaki faced CRIMSON's Junior Dynamo Hayato Saigo. For Iwasaki, his chance of advancing were gone, while a win was vital for Saigo to continue his campaign. Regardless, both men put forth their best efforts to entertain the paying fans of Saitama. Their match was insanely high-spurt, leaving no breathin room. The two went at it at a breakneck pace, keeping the fans on the edge of their seats for every second of it. In the end however, Saigo managed to avoid the Tsumujikaze, before STUNNING Iwasaki with a thrust kick, allowing him to SPIKE him with the brainbuster! Rather than go for the cover, Saigo scaled the top rope, before CRUSHING Iwasaki with a beautiful Phoenix Splash, keeping Iwasaki down just long enough for the three count!
- In the main event, Yoshihiro Shimoda clashed with the F-MAX Jr. Heavyweight Champion, Shin Kaiju. Like Iwasaki, Shimoda had no chance of advancing, even if he was victorious. For Kaiju, the results of the bout would have no bearing on his chances, as his showdown with Hayato Saigo on 7/17 would determine whether or not he advanced. Regardless, both men went at it for nothing more than bragging rights, putting on a stellar main event. The match had many of the exchanges from their past matches, with slight tweaks and changes. Shimoda worked over Kaiju's arm for most of the bout, making it difficult for him to land his Kaiju Lariat. Instead, Kaiju was forced to use his other arm for most of the match. Towards the end however, he made the mistake of trying to use the injured arm to lariat Shimoda, who promptly BLASTED the arm with a high kick, before eventually trapping the monster in a Chickenwing Armlock! Kaiju vehemently refused to submit, and made a desperate attempt to reach the ropes. Shimoda however gained even more leveraged, and tweaked the lock even more, FORCING KAIJU TO SUBMIT!
