[Results] 9/17/2008 @ Korakuen Hall

- As always, Korakuen Hall was filled with much drama and excitement as FURY returned to the holy ground of pro-wrestling, drawing another capacity crowd. The show opened with a short, but spirited bout pitting FURY's two masked heroes against one another, with the experienced Jet Jaguar battling Kinniku Kamen Nisei. The match had much of the normal Kinniku comedy, but turned competitive towards the end. However, Jaguar was too much for Nisei, who was forced to submit to Jaguar's flying jujigatame variation...

- The next match featured eight-man tag action as STRONG RIDERS faced CHAOTICS. CHAOTICS showed that despite being all juniors, they could compete with any faction within FURY by taking the win after F-MAX Jr. Champ Kotaro Ota scored the fall over Norihiro Akashi... Akashi himself acknowledged his recent slump, and said that he feels he is no longer progressing in this stage, and feels an excursion over seas may be needed to continue his growth. Yosuken and Kayusa both said they would consider the idea...

- Akashi's generation rival Manabe "GENJIN" TSUJI continued to suffer humiliation after being again pinned by Go Taniguchi. After the match, TSUJI finally vocally expressed his low moral, and said he would do whatever possible to get rid of these embarressing character changes. TAKU appeared, and said that being that Go has recently been the bane of TSUJI's existance, a special match would be made for 9/21 in Osaka between the two. If TSUJI wins, he will be allowed to change his name and character to whatever he wants. However, if he loses, he will be subject to another forced change...

- Things heated up after intermission, as Kazuma Fujita, Hiroaki Nakata and Tetsujin faced UPRISER'Z. In the end, ZERO finished the rookie Tetsujin with the GROUND ZERO. Tempers continued to flare between ZERO and Nakata, leading to another wild brawl. After the two were separated, a match between the two was finally signed for 9/21 in Osaka... However, Nakata said that was no longer enough, as he cannot stand sharing one ring with Kubota any longer, and as the cliche goes, declared that the FURY ring was no longer big enough for he and ZERO Kubota! In response, Kubota completely blew Nakata off. However, biting at the chance to rid FURY of one of it's strongest players, TAKU took the microphone and asked Nakata if he was prepared to carry out his word. Nakata said he would, causing TAKU to declare that the match would be a LOSER LEAVES FURY MATCH! Kubota of course completely flipped out. However, TAKU added that the match would have a No DQ rule added. Nakata accepted without hesitation, easing Kubota's worries a bit...

Just as things appeared to have died down, Fujita called TAKU and Mastodon Fukuda back to the ring, and said that he had been trying to contact Mitsuharu Nogami, but have yet to get a response. However, Fujita said that he GUARANTEED Nogami would be his partner on 9/21. This seemed good enough for TAKU and Fukuda, who asked to seal the deal with a handshake with their former mentor. Fujita refused, and for good reason, as the F-MAX Tag Champs immediately ambushed Fujita. However, the assault didn't last too long, as MITSUHARU NOGAMI surprised everyone by dashing into the ring with a chair in hand to chase off the villainous champions. After Nogami helped Fujita up, the two immediately clasped hands and promised to seize the F-MAX Tag Team titles on 9/21!

- The semi final featured NEW FORCE clashing with the Tetsuhisa NAKAI-led independent team of Masafuji Yoshida and Yoshihiro Shimoda. The match was the usual enjoyable affair, with everyone looking good. However, fans were stunned towards the end after Yoshida and Shimoda were both taken out, leaving NAKAI to fend for himself against all three NEW FORCE members. He looked incredibly strong early on, but eventually succumbed to the numbers, after taking a series of brutal series of kicks from C. Bones, followed by the Shining Kenka Kick from Watanabe. NAKAI was finally blasted with a HARD lariat from his 9/21 opponent, only to still kick out at 2.8! But finally, Akira finished NAKAI with the Tiger Suplex to keep his shoulders on the mat, giving Akira a HUGE psychological advantage going into their 9/21 title match!

- We then came to the main event, as Kyoto Okazaki and Shin Kaiju made their V1 defense of the PWC Jr. Tag Team titles against Etsuya Kawachi and Hidaka Kamon. Kawachi and Kamon looked confident going in, sporting the NEW FORCE colors. The match was filled with back-and-fourth action early on, with NEW FORCE using their speed and agility. However, UPRISER'Z later managed to do what they do best, and bent the rules to seize control and cut off the ring. The tension built up-and-down, with both teams scoring near falls. NEW FORCE came close several times in upsetting the champions, including one moment where Kamon caught Okazaki with the Shoushinjisatsu, only for Kaiju to break it up at 2.9. In the end however, UPRISER'Z pulled the close win out after Okazaki avoided a second Shoushinjisatsu attempt by Kamon, followed with a blatant kick to the groin, and the Otokogoroshi to solidify their first defense...
