- Coming off of yesterday's Hyogo event, Pro-Wrestling FURY has released the full card for tomorrow's Sakura Tag Festival finals show in Osaka. Many of the bouts have been thrown together at the last minute, due to nature of the tournament. However, all eyes are on the two top matches.
First, In a rivalry that has somewhat dated back to the original formation of UPRISER'Z two years ago, the NEW FORCE team of Akira Takayoshi and Naoyuki Watanabe will clash with the F-MAX Tag Team Champions TAKU and Mastodon Fukuda in the finals of 2009 Sakura Tag Festival in what is a direct rematch of their 12/21/2008 F-MAX Tag Team title match. Last time however, TakaNabe were unable to stop the "Chojin Powers" rampage as the most dominant tag team in pro-wrestling today. A victory for them tomorrow would be huge, and would guarantee them another chance to end the year-and-a-half run as F-MAX Tag Team champions... However, it would not be the first time the F-MAX Tag Team Champions have won the Sakura Tag Festival, as Otsuo Kayusa and Kyoshima Yosuken won the tournament in 2003 while simultaneously holding the belts...
In addition, "Mr. 300%" Kazuma Fujita will finally make his return to the ring after suffering a serious shoulder injury on 11/20/2008 in a big tag match, as he unites with Shigeru Iwasaki against Iwasaki's former friend Daisuke Iwata and a man who has been making a mockery of Fujita as of late, "The Outlaw" Kyoto Okazaki. Will Fujita be able to return to form, or will his injury be exposed, leading to an UPRISER'Z victory...?
