[Results] 5/16/2010 @ Korakuen Hall

- Pro-Wrestling FURY made its final stop on its tour schedule before the 5/31 “DREAM + INFINITY V” mega show tonight in Korakuen Hall with a stacked lineup. In the opener, Daisuke Iwata and YAKUTA made short work of Masafuji Yoshida and Tetsujin, as Iwata submitted Tetsujin with a Cobra Twist six-minutes in. Iwata and YAKUTA continued to assault Tetsujin after the match, until REAL-ONE's Jun Kobayashi and Kenichiro Hujikawa ran out to chase the heels away! The two vowed that with Shigeru Iwasaki, they'd make Iwata, YAKUTA, and Kyoto Okazaki pay on 5/31.

- In the second match of the night, RYUJI, Manabe Tsuji, along with Nobusan of RAGNARÖK defeated the F-MAX Jr. Heavyweight Champion Jet Jaguar, along with Fumihiko Shirai and NEW FORCE's Kazuki Sendo. In the end, Nobusan would be too much for Shirai, who was finished after a nasty Brainbuster, followed by the Firebird Splash. The drama continued to unfold after the match, As DYNAMITE's Goro Iijima and Niwatori Ogawa invaded once again, assaulting RYUJI and Manabe Tsuji with weapons! Among the confusion, Nobusan blasted Jaguar with a kick to the groin, before yanking off his mask! Nobusan said that FURY was no longer large enough for two masked wrestlers, and promised to run Jaguar out of FURY after taking his mask!

- RAGNARÖK continued their winning ways as Tetsuhisa NAKAI and Kyoto Okazaki defeated OOINARU WAZA's Norihiro Akashi and Seiji Sasaki, after Okazaki finished Sasaki with the Otokogoroshi. After the match, Akashi once again challenged NAKAI to a match on 5/31. NAKAI changed his tune from yesterday, accepting Akashi's challenge, but said his focus right now would be on winning CRIMSON's POWER SOURCE tournament Tuesday night.

- Teacher met student in the next bout, as ATSUKA faced Kotaro Ota one-on-one in a very tactical battle. ATSUKA had the edge early on, holding nothing back against his former protege. Ota finally mounted a comeback after confusing ATSUKA as he came off the ropes, countering with a lariat! Both men exchanged rapid near falls towards the end. Ota finally got the edge, after BLASTING ATSUKA with the Satsugai Savate Kick to the face! Ota used everything he had to try and put down ATSUKA, including the Violent Spark. Every time however, ATSUKA would kick out just before three! Ota finally sized ATSUKA up for one final Satsugai... ATSUKA however blocked the shot, before nearly flash cradling Ota with the Viento Clutch! As ATSUKA scrambled to his knee, Ota met him, throwing a WICKED blade kick! ATSUKA managed to narrowly avoid the shot, only for Ota to follow through with his momentum, CRACKING ATSUKA on the jaw with a second Satsugai! The shot leveled ATSUKA, leaving him out long enough for Ota to pick up the three count!

After the match, Ota said that tonight proved that he had surpassed ATSUKA in skill, and vowed that he and Fumihiko Shirai would become F-MAX Jr. Tag Team Champions on 5/31.

- The next match, originally slated to involve Dusty Griffith had to be modified due to a schedule conflict with DEFIANCE Wrestling. Regardless, Otsuo Kayusa and Chikao Kessin of Ooinaru Waza won out over REAL-ONE's TAKU and Shigeru Iwasaki, as Kessin used a Scrap Buster to pick up the victory over Iwasaki... After the match, Kayusa and TAKU both spoke about the 5/31 F-MAX Tag Team title match. The two exchanged vague praise, recognizing each others strength. Kayusa said that nobody knew more about being F-MAX Tag Team Champion than him, and promised he and Dusty Griffith would lift the belts from TAKU and Go Taniguchi. TAKU welcomed the challenge, telling Kayusa to bring everything he had.

- Pro-Wrestling DYNAMITE, led by Tatsumichi Akamatsu entered FURY's ring tonight, picking up the victory over Hiroaki Nakata, Masato Osagawa and Mamoru Sekishima in the first of two preliminary skirmishes between Nakata and Akamatsu before their 5/31 rematch. In the end, the symbol of DYNAMITE, Tatsumichi Akamatsu picked up the pinfall over Sekishima after blasting him with the Jumping High Kick. After the match, Akamatsu said that he had waited an entire year to finally meet Hiroaki Nakata in the ring once more. Both wrestlers promised to hold nothing back, and display pure “RADICAL FIGHTING ART.”

- In the semi final, NEW FORCE battled CRIMSON's AVENIR faction led by C-1 Heavyweight Champion, Nobuyori Shimizu in a very special Captain's Fall Elimination match. As the rules state, the match follows normal elimination match rules, with the exception that the match ends if either of the team captain's are pinned or submitted. AVENIR came out swinging from the start, racking up their first elimination just a little under eight minutes after Hayato Saigo spiked Hidaka Kamon with a Brainbuster. AVENIR's luck continued four minutes later after Toshiro Noguchi eliminated Etsuya Kawachi after the Thunder Hammer... Things finally began to turn around for NEW FORCE, as Naoyuki Watanabe sent their first member of AVENIR packing after eliminating Noguchi with the Shining Kenka Kick. As the match passed 15:00, we were down to Akira and Naoyuki against Shimizu, Saigo, and Ikuji Royama. The match broke down towards the end, with Saigo pulled off a breath taking moonsault from the post, onto Watanabe AND Ikuji Royama on the outside, leaving Takayoshi and Shimizu in the ring! Both men would repeatedly counter the other back and forth, showing similar skills. However, Shimizu eventually ducked Akira's lariat, before coming back with a WICKED Running Elbow Smash! Shimizu tried to seal the match with his “Tsuyosa” German Suplex... Akira however fought back, and managed to hold Shimizu in perfect place for Naoyuki Watanabe, who JUMPED off Akira's back, CRACKING Shimizu with a SHINING WIZARD! In one fluid motion, Akira reached down, before cradling Shimizu with the Samson Clutch! Akira pulled back on Shimizu's legs as he tried kicking out, but it was too late, giving Akira and NEW FORCE the victory!

After the match, Akira jokingly said he and Shimizu were now tied going into 5/31. Shimizu said that being C-1 Heavyweight Champion meant facing the strongest challengers from CRIMSON and beyond. He said that despite what Akuma Toyota said, it would be an honor defending the C-1 Heavyweight title on FURY's biggest show of the year. The two shook hands, before finally wishing one another luck.

- After a brief break, the steel cage was soon erected for our main event between REAL-ONE and CRIMSON's HEAVY WAR under the grounds of War Games... Kenichiro Hujikawa and Rui Kuriyama started the match off, exchanging blows for the first five minutes of the match. As per the pre-match coin toss, HEAVY WAR got the man advantage as Naoki Daishi entered, making it 2-on-1. Two minutes later, Jun Kobayashi entered to even things up. KobaKen were able to get the edge over Daishi and Kuriyama. However, HEAVY WAR team captain Akuma Toyota entered following the next two-minute interval, giving them the edge. Toyota decimated both Kobayashi and Hujikawa with consecutive lariats. Hujikawa fought back to his feet, and tried rushing Toyota, only for Toyota to send Hujikawa CRASHING face first into the steel cage! The cold steel was enough to lacerate Hujikawa, as well... Jun tried to jump in to save his partner, only to be caught by Rui Kuriyama's Scrap Buster. As Toyota continued to pummel Hujikawa, the two-minute duration finally ran up, as Naoki Fukuda made a mad dash to the ring. As he climbed in, both he and Toyota made an immediate B-line for one another, before engaging in a brutal exchange of elbows! Just as it appeared Fukuda was gaining momentum, both Daishi and Kuriyama cut him off from behind. However, after throwing Fukuda off into the ropes, Kuriyama and Daishi were both hit with a double lariat! Fukuda, along Kobayashi and the bloody Hujikawa all focused their attacks on Toyota. The three took turns on offense in the corner, before Hujikawa BLASTED Toyota with the Axe Bomber K, knocking him to the mat! Hujikawa went for the cover, only for Toyota to kick out at ONE! Daishi and Kuriyama finally recovered, facing off against both Fukuda and Kobayashi... In the center of the ring, Hujikawa continued to lay into Toyota with stomps. As Toyota sat up, Hujikawa came off the ropes, before throwing a HARD kick to Toyota's chest! Rather than fall over, Toyota grinned-and-bared it, challenging Hujikawa to try his luck once again... Hujikawa obliged after coming off the ropes... This time however, Toyota was ready, as he caught Hujikawa's leg! After getting to his feet, Toyota threw a WICKED lariat, nearly decapitating Hujikawa! The cover followed, with Hujikawa managing to escape at 2.5! While Daishi and Kuriyama held off Fukuda and Kobayashi, Toyota continued to lay into Hujikawa with closed fisted punches, opening Hujikawa's wound even more. Toyota finally lifted Hujikawa up in a Powerbomb position, before CRUSHING him against the steel cage! Rather than let go, Toyota held tight, before lifting Hujikawa back up, and racing across the ring to SMASH Hujikawa's body into the steel once again! With Hujikawa's body nearly limp, Toyota turned his body towards the center, before SPIKING Hujikawa's body into the mat! Rather than go for the cover, Toyota simply motioned to Referee Ed Sasaki, prompting him to check on Hujikawa... When it became clear he wasn't responsive, Sasaki had no choice but to call for the bell, ending the match!

Naoki and Jun immediately rushed over to Hujikawa's body after the match, as the ring doctor made his way into the ring. The atmosphere was awkward and tense while the doctor examined Hujikawa... Finally, after one of the cage walls was removed, Hujikawa was able to be helped from the ring, earning him a large round of applause... Back in the ring, Toyota asked if Naoki Fukuda was prepared to go through what his comrade just endured. Toyota followed, “I'm sorry to disappoint you then, because what you go through on 5/31 will be 1000x greater!” The F-MAX Heavyweight Champion returned to ringside after checking on Hujikawa... Fukuda said that by hurting his friend, Toyota has now made this personal. Toyota then picked up the blood-drenched towel the ring doctor used on Hujikawa, and said he was going to take it as a trophy. However, he said he would bring a fresh white one for Naoki Fukuda on 5/31... After Toyota left, Fukuda vowed revenge, and said he would show once and for all Pro-Wrestling FURY was the strongest.
