With FURY's "GO NORTH!" tour in the books, FURY now looks forth towards its upcoming 6th Anniversary celebration on 10/25, as the company returns to the Osaka Prefectural Gymnasium #2. Since 10/15 however, there have been several developing stories.
- Yoshihiro Shimoda has earned accolades from reporters, wrestlers, and fans alike. Shimoda received overwhelming praise by several wrestlers backstage. The man who beat him, Tetsuhisa NAKAI reiterated what he said before, stating that Shimoda's spirit was that of a heavyweight, and added that he seriously believed Shimoda would eventually become F-MAX Heavyweight Champion if he continued on the path he is on.
After recovering from the match, Shimoda spoke about the match to repoters. Shimoda clearly stated that he had no regrets about the match, and said that as long as he gave everything he could in front of Hokkaido fans, he felt accomplished. Shimoda said he would return his sights to the Jr. Heavyweight division, despite the upcoming all-FURY F-MAX Summit tournament in November. Shimoda said he goal was obviously to win, and would only decide to re-challenge NAKAI if he survives the 32-Man tournament. The match itself received rave reviews from magazine writers, along with many "Match of the Year" claims from BBS fans.
- For the writers who weren't talking about NAKAI and Shimoda, they were talking about the brutal bout between Hiroaki Nakata, and Hokkaido Pro-Wrestling's Jin Hiroto. Both men showed true guts against one another, and spent most of the match trading vicious blows. The match, which only went thirteen-minutes, was extremely high-spurt. In the end, Nakata edged Hiroto out by grounding downward elbows into him, forcing the referees hand by stopping the match. While Hiroto lost the match, Nakata left the ring far from unscathed, as he suffered several deep body bruises, and a bloody lip. Backstage, Hiroto said that he wanted a rematch... Just not right now. He offered some half-hearted praise afterwards, saying that Nakata had grown in levels since he debuted, but still called him a "stuck up brat."
- While the matches continued on 10/15, there was another fight going on backstage between 10/25 opponents Kyoto Okazaki and C. Bones! After NEW FORCE scored the win over UPRISER'Z in the sixth match, Akira Takayoshi, Naoyuki Watanabe, and C. Bones were interviewed backstage. It was quickly crashed by Kyoto Okazaki, who pounced on Bones. Both men had to be separated. After being dragged away, Okazaki told reporters that he would make Bones an "example" on 10/25 by taking his IHC title, and said that it would only be the first step towards the "UPRISER'Z American Invasion" plan he had been secretly developing. Okazaki noted that future steps include establishing an American branch of UPRISER'Z within WCC (In which Okazaki would serve as leader,) and a chain of his very own bars...
- Speaking of Okazaki, he and Shin Kaiju will travel to Hyogo on 10/18 for Nansei Nihon Pro-Wrestling's 1st Anniversary show. After making a special request to the FURY office, Nansei has secured the rights to allow Wataru Yamada and rookie Keisuke Rongai to challenge Kaiju and Okazaki for their PWC Jr. Heavyweight Tag Team titles. On paper, it appears to be an easy defense for the champion's. However, will their overconfidence lead to a major upset?

- GO FOR THE GOLD NANSEI! ~ PWC Jr. Heavyweight Tag Titles: Shin Kaiju [FURY] & Kyoto Okazaki [FURY] vs. Wataru Yamada & Keisuke Rongai
- All roads now lead to 10/25, as FURY will celebrate its sixth anniversary. As previously announced, the show will feature a one-night six-man tag team tournament, with all of FURY's units being represented. The two non-tournament matches will be equally as important, as they will feature two big title matches! As mentioned above, NEW FORCE's C. Bones will make his V3 defense of his IHC (International Heavyweight Crown) title against UPRISER'Z Kyoto Okazaki. In the second title match however, Okazaki's fellow partner Shin Kaiju will attempt to become a double champion as well, as he faces current F-MAX Jr. Heavyweight champion Kotaro Ota.
Along with all of the matches, the pairings of the 2008 F-MAX Summit tournament will also be announced, with all thirty-two participants being revealed. As mentioned before, every wrestler under contract in FURY will participate in the tournament. However, that only makes up for the first thirty participants. Who will be revealed as the final two? We'll have to wait and see!
