- Pro-Wrestling FURY released preliminary cards for its upcoming January series, along with the full cards for its next two shows on 1/05 and 1/06.
After signing off on the idea, President Nishida confirmed that Kazuki Sendo would begin a five-match series to see if he is strong enough to join NEW FORCE beginning on 1/06. Of course, he will be facing the members of NEW FORCE themselves, beginning with C. Bones on 1/06, climaxing with a match against NEW FORCE leader Akira Takayoshi on 1/15 in Osaka.
Freelancers Jun Kobayashi and Ryuugo Nagashima will also work every show. Nagashima will compete in various matches in an attempt to continue his growth, as he will be facing the best Pro-Wrestling FURY has to offer. Kobayashi on the other hand looks to be engaged to former friend and classmate Mastodon Fukuda on every show. Upon hearing this, Fukuda was not happy...
The current stretch of shows will build towards the 1/18 show in Hyogo. As confirmed before, Nansei Nihon Pro-Wrestling's GALLEON will indeed return to the FURY ring to challenge Kaiju for his F-MAX Jr. heavyweight title in what will headline the event. However, GALLEON will also work the 1/15 show in Osaka, teaming with fellow “DREAM HERO” Jet Jaguar, and Tetsujin against the UPRISER'Z trio of Kyoto Okazaki, Shin Kaiju and RYUJI.
Speaking of Tetsujin, he and Kinniku Kamen Nisei have been almost inconsolable after their respective artifacts were taken by RYUJI and Manabe Tsuji on 1/02. On his FURYnet blog, Nisei wrote a sad tale about trying to create his family's special Gyudon recipe by memory, only to end up burning down his space ship... Nisei claimed it was because he didn't add salt... Tetsujin however has received several scoldings from his parents, who gave him the ceremonial Mawashi as a gift in High School, and are threatening to cut him off financially until he retrieves it...
