- First the first time since April of last year, Pro-Wrestling FURY returned to the Kyoto City Gymnasium for their first pay-per-view broadcast of the year, drawing a completely maxed house of 6,500 fans. The show kicked off immediately with the first match, as Tetsujin and Kinniku Kamen Nisei made yet another attempt to retrieve Tetsujin's ceremonial mawashi, and Nisei's beloved Gyudon recipe from RYUJI and Manabe Tsuji of UPRISER'Z. Early going saw the heels antagonizing Tetsujin and Nisei with bully offense. However, Tetsujin showed incredible fire with his comebacks, winning over many fans in the building. Nisei also came through, showing some newfound bravery in standing toe-to-toe with RYUJI, and even getting the better of him during some exchanges! But in the end, RYUJI and Tsuji would prevail after Tsuji drilled Tetsujin into the mat with the Guts Coaster... After the match, RYUJI said they were done “playing with children,” and said they would be selling both of their possessions on an online auction...
However, they were stopped by Masafuji Yoshida, who asked the RYUJI and Tsuji for one more match, only with Yoshida aiding Tetsujin and Nisei! RYUJI and Tsuji both refused, saying there was nothing in it for them. Yoshida then upped the ante, announcing that Tetsujin and Nisei would put up their hair and mask in return! RYUJI said it was tempting, but they would only accept if YOSHIDA also agreed to shave his head! Despite Tetsujin and Nisei both pleading with him not to, Yoshida agreed! The match was made official for the 1/21 Korakuen convention.
- The rule book was thrown out of the window for the third match, as Jun Kobayashi and Mastodon Fukuda faced off under the confines of a Hardcore match. Both men came amply prepared, as Kobayashi came to the ring in street clothes, while carrying a trash can full of various instruments. Fukuda also brought plenty of plunder, dragging a chair and a table to the ring! Neither wasted any time, as the two brawled all over ringside. Fukuda asserted himself in the early going, dragging Kobayashi over the security railing, and into the crowd. As fans scattered, Fukuda made good use of the empty chairs by hurling Kobayashi into a fleet of them... Kobayashi eventually fought back after countering Fukuda's attack, which sent him face first into the steel ring post. Back in the ring, Kobayashi made good use of his choice of weapons, as he dented the trash can over Fukuda's head... However, Fukuda simply roared back while flexing, prompting Kobayashi to smash the trash can into Fukuda's head once more! When that seemed to hurt Fukuda, Kobayashi came off the ropes with the weapon, only for Fukuda to telegraph it by smashing the can into Kobayashi's face with a HARD kick! Later on, Fukuda took the fight back to the outside, where he propped Kobayashi onto a table. After a couple of chair shots to the chest, Fukuda climbed back into the ring, before scaling the top turnbuckle! In a frightening scene, Fukuda came flying off the top with the Mastodon Splash, ONLY FOR KOBAYASHI TO ROLL OUT OF THE WAY, SENDING FUKUDA CRASHING THROUGH THE TABLE! Kobayashi seized control after rolling Fukuda back into the ring. After brutalizing Fukuda further with bamboo sword shots, Kobayashi finally SPIKED Fukuda with the Soba Driver, only for him to kick out after two! Fukuda managed to counter a second Soba Driver attempt with a brutal German Suplex, followed up with a HARD lariat! Kobayashi tried to fight his way back to his feet, only to end up on the shoulders of Fukuda, before being SPIKED with the Mastodon Buster, scoring Fukuda a CLOSE near fall! The closing minutes of the match saw both men abandon the weapons for pure guts and strength. Fukuda connected with two consecutive Mastodon Slams, only for Kobayashi to spring to his feet, where he landed a BRUTAL flurry of elbows, climaxing with the rolling elbow! But as he went for yet another Soba Driver, Fukuda countered by hooking Kobayashi's wrist and lifting him up for the Mastodon Buster... However, in an incredible display of strength, Fukuda HOISTED Kobayashi vertically onto his shoulders, before SPIKING HIM WITH THE MASTODON HADES! All of the air was driven from Kobayashi's body, as Fukuda scored the decisive three count!
The fans applauded the efforts of both men, who rightfully looked like they were involved in a war... After coming to, Kobayashi sucked up his pride, and offered a handshake towards Fukuda, admitting his defeat... Fukuda eyed Kobayashi's hand for a moment, almost teasing that he was thinking of shaking it... But of course, Fukuda pulled away, opting to give Kobayashi the middle finger before leaving the ring...
- Next we had the first of our two title matches of the night, as Jet Jaguar and Nansei Nihon Pro-Wrestling's GALLEON made their first defense of the PWC Jr. Heavyweight tag team titles against the established NEW FORCE tandem of Etsuya Kawachi and Hidaka Kamon, who were eager to add another title to their list of accolades... As many expected, the match was a thrilling sprint, putting FURY's unique blend of athleticism proudly on display. There was some heated moments between Jet Jaguar and Etsuya Kawachi through out the match after their exchange of falls in the days leading to today's match. As always, fans welcomed Hyogo's masked hero GALLEON into the FURY ring with open arms, as he and Kamon had a spirited exchange in the early going. The veteran GALLEON seemed to underestimate Kamon early on, but quickly paid for his mistake with a close near fall after Kamon caught him with a La Magistral! From that point on, GALLEON took Kamon as a serious opponent. The former JET duo of Kawachi and Kamon stuck to their tried-and-true method of teamwork, displaying many of the moves that made Jet Generation famous. They isolated Jaguar during the middle portion of the match, using great teamwork and making quick tags. However, with the fans rallying behind the “DREAM HERO,” Jaguar was able to escape after countering a shoulder throw from Kawachi, leading to him making the hot tag to GALLEON! Jaguar and GALLEON mounted a spirited comeback, hitting both challengers with several quick double team attacks, sending them to the outside, where Jaguar and GALLEON wowed the crowd with stereo tope suicidas! Later on, GALLEON aimed to finish Kamon with a diving headbutt from the top, only for the challenger to roll away! With GALLEON stunned, Kamon followed up with a rolling series of Fisherman Suplexes, climaxing with a VICIOUS Fisherman Buster! However, it wouldn't enough to keep GALLEON down, who kicked out after two. After taking out Jaguar, Kamon and Kawachi returned their focus to GALLEON, as they connected with a series of running attacks in the corner, followed by a double team flapjack/facecrusher! Thankfully for the champions, Jaguar was able to make the diving save to break up the pin... With Kamon and Jaguar fighting outside, this left GALLEON and Kawachi in the ring, who traded holds and positions, before Kawachi caught GALLEON across his shoulders, where he BLASTED HIM in the face with the go 2 school!!! However, fatigue prevented Kawachi from immediately going for the pin, allowing GALLEON enough time to recover and kick out... Kawachi tried for a second go 2 school, but the crafty GALLEON countered out of it, before trapping Kawachi with the Genesic Clutch, only for Kawachi to narrowly escape at 2.8! After a brutal exchange of elbows, GALLEON finally got Kawachi up, before drilling him into the mat with the Dividing Driver! However, Kawachi would be saved at the last possible moment, as Kamon made the save to break up the pin at 2.9! Jaguar quickly returned and disposed of Kamon, allowing GALLEON to hoist Kawachi vertically, before SPIKING HIM with the G-Crusher! GALLEON hooked the leg for the pin, earning the decisive three count to secure their first defense!! The fans applauded a hard fought match from both sides. After recovering, Kawachi and Kamon both accepted defeat, shaking hands with the champions...
- We then came to one of the most important matches of the night, as the fate of one unit would be decided in “THE VERDICT.” Ring announcer Eizo Hayakawa explained the rules of the match, as the unit that scores a fall will be eliminated until there is only one unit left, with that unit being forced to disband. The atmosphere thickened as the ring filled with wrestlers. The match was contested under 4WAY rules, as C. Bones, Kenichiro Hujikawa, Kotaro Ota and Kyoto Okazaki all started off for their respective teams. The early going saw a feeling out process from all four sides. Kyoto Okazaki quickly tried to form an alliance with C. Bones... When that didn't work, he turned to Hujikawa who also turned him down, forcing him to finally turn to Kotaro Ota... Ota teased accepting Okazaki's gesture, before all three attacked Okazaki, pummeling him with blows. Okazaki made the tag at the first possible moment, bringing in Daisuke Iwata, which caused Shigeru Iwasaki to DEMAND a tag from Hujikawa. Iwasaki came in like a man possessed, going immediately after Iwata! Despite putting up a brave front, Iwata quickly tagged back out, bringing in F-MAX Jr. Heavyweight Champion Shin Kaiju. As the match progressed, things broke down as fights began to develop all around the ring. Iwasaki was constantly targeted by UPRISER'Z on the outside, with Daisuke Iwata leading the charge. Eventually, UPRISER'Z had Iwasaki trapped in the ring, with Iwata taunting Iwasaki while TAKU and Kyoto Okazaki held him back. But just as Iwata was about to strike, Otsuo Kayusa and Kyoshima Yosuken made the save by going after TAKU and Okazaki, allowing Iwasaki to catch Iwata with a blind kneel kick across the face! With Iwata stunned, Iwasaki propped him up in an indian style sitting position, allowing Iwasaki to line up a SNAPPING field goal kick to Iwata's forehead! Iwasaki quickly pulled Iwata up, before SPIKING HIM with his new “Death Knell” finisher, before scoring the three count, eliminating STRONG RIDERS! Three teams remained as the match continued. UPRISER'Z did their best to recover, with TAKU facing off with Akira Takayoshi and ATSUKA. Akira and ATSUKA tried to form a united front against TAKU, but quickly saw their alliance crumble after Akira accidentally caught ATSUKA with an elbow, prompting a fight to break out between the. TAKU of course took full advantage, catching Akira with a vicious spear! ATSUKA and TAKU then formed a surprising alliance against Akira Takayoshi. However, TAKU quickly tried to pin ATSUKA off of a school boy, only for ATSUKA to narrowly kick out! During their quarreling, Akira managed to tag out to Watanabe, who quickly grabbed ATSUKA with a rear waistlock. However, ATSUKA naturally resisted Watanabe's German attempt, prompting TAKU to grab Watanabe from behind, before giving both Watanabe AND ATSUKA a TOWER GERMAN SUPLEX! TAKU signaled for the end, as he dead lifted Watanabe up for another German Suplex... However, Watanabe COUNTERED with a rolling cradle, nearly flash cradling him for a three count! As ATSUKA sprung to his feet, Watanabe was waiting, as he caught him with a dropkick to the knee, followed by the SHINING KENKA KICK! With ATSUKA sliding out of the ring to recover, this left only TAKU and Watanabe for the time being. UPRISER'Z attempted to interject themselves, but they were quickly fought back by the other members of NEW FORCE, leading to a wild brawl outside of the ring! In the ring however, Watanabe and TAKU traded HARD elbows, with TAKU slowly gaining the advantage. However, Watanabe quickly caught TAKU with a lightning fast Dragon Screw, setting up another Shining Kenka Kick! However, TAKU managed to block the shot, leading to him connecting with a VICIOUS LARIAT! TAKU aimed to finish Watanabe with the Chojin Bomber... However, when the time came, Watanabe managed to avoid the attack, before catching TAKU with an Enzuigiri! With TAKU prone in the corner, Watanabe ran back to the opposite corner... Only for TAKU to telegraph the attack by following behind Watanabe, and CRUSHING him with a corner lariat! TAKU then ran to the opposite end of the corner... But as he did, the ring was suddenly flooded with NEW FORCE members, as Akira Takayoshi CRUSHED TAKU in the corner with a lariat of his own, followed by a corner dropkick from C. Bones, a running back elbow from Sendo, before finally Watanabe, who SMASHED into TAKU's jaw with a corner Shining Kenka kick!! Bones then hoisted TAKU up, before SPIKING him with a Brainbuster, followed by the “Nice Hit!” running knee from Sendo! Akira then struck, pulling TAKU up and FOLDING HIM IN HALF WITH A TIGER SUPLEX! Finally, Watanabe pulled TAKU up, before connecting with the DRAGON SUPLEX HOLD! With every ounce of fight extracted from TAKU's body, he could do nothing to kickout, eliminating NEW FORCE!! The atmosphere thickened even more, as realization set in. Either CHAOTICS or UPRISER'Z would be forced to disband with this deciding fall. An all-out brawl between both sides broke out. YAKUTA faced off against rival Shin Kaiju in the ring. Kaiju had the upper hand in the early going, until YAKUTA avoided a Kaiju Lariat, allowing him to blast the F-MAX Jr. Champion with a Kenka kick! But as he went for the Ace Driver, Kyoto Okazaki made the save, catching YAKUTA with a low blow! The match nearly ended as Okazaki cradled YAKUTA with a schoolboy right after, only for Kotaro Ota to make the diving save! Okazaki focused his attack on the man who dethroned him as F-MAX Jr. Heavyweight champion, Kotaro Ota. Ota did his best to fight back, but Okazaki would cut him off at every turn. After dropping Ota across his knee, Okazaki aimed to finish the match with the Moonsault press. However, Ota was saved by his Okinawa Speed Star partner Fumihiko Shirai, who leaped onto the top rope, stunning everybody by jumping and catching Okazaki with an AVALANCHE REVERSE FRANKENSTEINER!!! The fans erupted in commotion as Okazaki landed on the top of his skull! Shirai, full of excitement, went for the pin, ONLY FOR OKAZAKI TO BE SAVED BY TAKU! ATSUKA took over as he focused on Okazaki, while the other three CHAOTICS focused on keeping UPRISER'Z at bay outside... But as he went for the Chaos Crush, Okazaki managed to evade, allowing him to blast ATSUKA in the face with the Colt Python! The eben-flow of the match continued after ATSUKA countered out of Okazaki's Otokogoroshi attempt, allowing him to connect with his rarely used AC-Z! With Okazaki in place, ATSUKA scaled the top rope, perhaps going for a Moonsault press of his own... However, Shin Kaiju managed to jump onto the apron, and BLAST ATSUKA with a VICIOUS lariat, knocking him off the top! As ATSUKA sat up, Okazaki caught him with the Perfect Dark, scoring a frightening near fall! Okazaki then called for the end, hooking ATSUKA for another Otokogoroshi attempt... But this time, it CONNECTED, plowing ATSUKA face first into the mat! The crowd erupted as Okazaki made the pin... However, ATSUKA somehow KICKED OUT at 2.999, being one of the few to do so! Okazaki was in total disbelief, even grabbing referee Akinori Fuwa by the collar and arguing the count... Okazaki finally pulled ATSUKA's groggy body up, before giving him a BLATANT low blow, setting up a SECOND OTOKOGOROSHI! Okazaki went for the pin again, as YAKUTA, Ota, and Shirai all looked on while being restrained... But somehow, YAKUTA managed to break free of Kaiju's grasp, allowing him to make the save at the last possible moment, saving CHAOTICS for the moment! However, he was quickly disposed of again, as Okazaki BLASTED him in the face with a brutal soccer kick... Okazaki finally pulled ATSUKA up, before lifting him up vertically for yet another Otokogoroshi... But instead of a flat face slam, Okazaki SPIKED ATSUKA VERTICALLY ONTO THE TOP OF HIS SKULL! The crowd groaned at the impact as ATSUKA's body fell limp. Sensing the end was assured, Okazaki rolled ATSUKA up before arrogantly pinning him with one foot... And indeed, referee Akinori Fuwa counted the three, signaling the end of CHAOTICS...
UPRISER'Z celebrated their survival as if they had all just won the F-MAX Heavyweight title... After leaving the ring, the realization set in for the three conscious CHAOTICS members, who all shot shattered glances at one another... The three finally tended to ATSUKA, who finally came to, and immediately began swinging wildly, thinking the match was still going on... Once the truth set in, ATSUKA tried his best to hold back his emotions, before finally pounding the mat and screaming in frustration... Soon, tears welled up under ATSUKA's eyes, prompting the fans to erupt in supportive calls of “A~TSU~KA!” ATSUKA was overcome with emotion, and apologized profusely for losing... YAKUTA finally SLAPPED ATSUKA across the face, in an attempt to calm him down... YAKUTA said that ATSUKA had no reason to blame himself, as he shown just how strong he was by surviving for as long as he did, and said that the blame lied with all of them... Ota spoke next, bringing calm reason, as he bluntly stated that the “CHAOTICS” concept died when Daichi Matsumoto left FURY over two years ago, but said that ATSUKA did his best to carry the group on his shoulders... Ota said he was thankful to the group, as he found two strong mentors in ATSUKA and YAKUTA, and said that they gave him the confidence to find himself as a wrestler, which led to the formation of the Okinawa Speed Stars with Fumihiko Shirai, along with his growth as a singles wrestler last year. ATSUKA seemed genuinely touched by Ota's words, as he grasped Ota's hand... ATSUKA said that everyone's words had moved him deeply, and said that instead of mourning CHAOTICS, they would remember the good times they had, and continue on in their own directions... As always, ATSUKA said he will remain by his best friend YAKUTA's side, while Ota also said he would focus on his Okinawa Speed Stars team with Fumihiko Shirai.
- Just before the main event, Eizo Hayakawa announced the arrival of a “special guest,” which brought out none other than “Mr. 300%” himself, KAZUMA FUJITA! The Kyoto fans erupted with chants and calls for the injured Fujita, who looked to be in good spirits. Fujita briefly spoke to the fans, saying he couldn't stay away from the FURY ring any longer, even if its just as an observer... Unfortunately, he revealed that he had suffered a set back in his shoulder injury, and would remain out of action for the time being... However, Fujita said that his goal was to return to the ring before the second half of 2009, which gave fans hope. Fujita then took a seat at the commentators table, as he prepared to assist in the pay-per-view broadcast.
- We then came to the main event of the night, as Tetsuhisa NAKAI made his V3 defense of the F-MAX Unified Heavyweight title, facing the infamous “Terrorist,” Ryo Inoue for the second time in three months. Eizo Hayakawa explained the “No Stop” stipulation added to the match, which means that under no circumstance can the match be stopped by a referee, a second, or even a doctor. The only way to win the match are via pinfall or submission... The challenger entered first, receiving a mixed reaction. As always, Inoue looked to be in peak physical condition. There was a weird moment as Inoue eyed Kazuma Fujita sitting at the table. Inoue walked over to Fujita, before pounding his hands down on the table, shouting, “Enjoy your seat, you cowardly dog!” The place came unglued for the arrival of Kyoto-native, and F-MAX Unified Heavyweight Champion, Tetsuhisa NAKAI! Both men stood face-to-face as veteran referee Edd Sasaki explained the “no stop” stipulation. Neither men appeared to pay it much mind, as their eyes stood locked with dramatic intensity. As the gong sounded to start the match, both men approached the bout similarly to their first, as they sized one another up. Finally, they locked up, with NAKAI using his overwhelming strength to power Inoue against the ropes. Edd Sasaki quickly jumped in, calling for the break, which NAKAI obliged... The two locked horns again, with NAKAI once more using his strength to move Inoue towards the ropes... This time however, Inoue used his finesse to sweep NAKAI into the ropes... Only this time when Sasaki called for the break, Inoue slowly backed away, before firing a STINGING kick to the side of NAKAI's leg. NAKAI's grimacing face showed the strength of the kick, prompting him to fire back with a HARD knife-edge chop! But of course, Inoue paid it no mind, instead firing with ANOTHER leg kick! The exchange continued, until Inoue moved in close before grabbing a clinch, and HURLING NAKAI over his shoulder with a beautiful judo-style throw! The champion scrambled to his feet, only to be ushered into the corner with a flurry of kicks. The onslaught continued until NAKAI collapsed into the corner, where Inoue proceeded to choke NAKAI with both feet! The Kyoto fans roared with boos as Inoue almost seemed to take pleasure in choking the champion. He finally let up, and dragged NAKAI towards the center of the ring, where he worked for an Achilles tendon hold... NAKAI however tried to fight off Inoue's attempts before kicking him off, prompting Inoue to fire ANOTHER sharp kick to the side of NAKAI's leg, before throwing a NASTY soccer kick to the NAKAI's back. The shot fired NAKAI up enough to get him back to his feet, where he landed a HARD flurry of elbows, before trying to whip Inoue off into the ropes... However, like in their previous encounter, Inoue hooked onto the ropes in defiance, prompting NAKAI to throw another flurry of elbows. But as he tried to whip him again, Inoue countered with a SNAPPING Ipponoseoi, causing NAKAI to SPIKE HIMSELF head first into the mat! With NAKAI subdued, Inoue sat the champion up, before sinking in a Chickenwing Facelock! Slowly, NAKAI was able to his way towards the ropes, before finally grasping the bottom rope with his foot, prompting Edd Sasaki to call for the break... When Inoue refused, Sasaki began administering a five-count... However, the realization sank in at four, as Sasaki couldn't actually DQ Inoue! After several warnings, bordering on PLEADING, Inoue finally pulled NAKAI away from the ropes... NAKAI finally managed to get to a knee, prompting Inoue to sink in the hold even tighter! The champion finally got to his feet, where he finally threw Inoue over his shoulder to escape! As Inoue recovered, NAKAI followed up with a charging lariat, sending both he and Inoue flying over the top rope, and onto the floor! Preaching his philosophy of "Pure Fighting Grace," Inoue attempted to throw NAKAI back in, but NAKAI put up some resistance with some elbows. Inoue fired back with a knee to the body. When NAKAI again fought back by grabbing Inoue by the back of the head, before SLAMMING him face first into the security railing. Then, in a moment straight out of their first match, NAKAI began to lead Inoue over towards the steel ring post... But as he tried to throw Inoue into it, Inoue got his foot up to block the shot, before sending NAKAI SMASHING head first into the steel ring post! Just as Inoue did in their first match, it was now NAKAI who was lacerated, as blood began to pour from a wound in his forehead... Inoue had full control back in the ring, before eventually trapping NAKAI in a sleeper hold... Despite NAKAI's blood loss, he still had plenty of fight in him, as he tried to break Inoue's grip with elbows to the midsection, before ultimately escaping with a Backdrop! As Inoue got to his feet, NAKAI swung wildly with his trademark lariat, only for Inoue to counter with a wakigatame attempt... However, NAKAI in turn countered with a VICIOUS kesagiri chop, before BLASTING Inoue with a short-ranged lariat! NAKAI went for the cover, but the challenger defiantly kicked out after ONE, garnering a big response from the crowd. After a few more kesagiri chops, NAKAI aimed for a Powerbomb, only to be countered with a shoulder throw OVER THE ROPES! Thankfully for the champion, NAKAI managed to hang onto the top rope to avoid falling. But while being on the apron, NAKAI suddenly found himself in another sleeper hold! Inoue held onto the hold, despite Edd Sasaki trying to pry him off... Finally, with NAKAI subdued, Inoue released the hold, before racing off the ropes, and PLOWING INTO NAKAI WITH AN AXE BOMBER! The shot sent NAKAI FLYING off the apron, before cracking his skull on the security railing with a sickening clash! Fans erupted in concern for the champion, as the wound opened earlier was now even wider, with more blood gushing... When it was clear that NAKAI was unconscious, referee Edd Sasaki jumped down to check on him... Finally, KAZUMA FUJITA left the broadcasting table to tend to NAKAI's condition. This finally provoked Inoue to climb down and SHOVE Fujita away from NAKAI's body, before pulling his semi-conscious body back into the ring! Fujita was irate, and needed to be restrained by ring boys... Back in the ring, Inoue played with his injured pray, as he jabbed him with petty kicks and slaps... But after each shot, NAKAI's blood began to boil even hotter, as he began to fight back! With each shot, NAKAI seemed to absorb more and more power, before eventually BLASTING Inoue with a closed-fisted punch to the jaw! With Inoue staggered, NAKAI hoisted the challenger up, before connecting with the Devil Eruption! In another moment from their first match, instead of going for the pin, NAKAI locked Inoue in the very hold that won him the match last time, the KENDO CLUTCH! However, Inoue was able to grasp the bottom rope. When NAKAI refused to let down, Inoue slowly fought his way back to his feet, before finally reaching a standing position. Inoue finally escaped with a series of back elbows, before firing a STAGGERING HIGH KICK! With NAKAI stunned, Inoue pulled out one of his big moves, as he hoisted NAKAI up, and SPIKED HIM WITH A VERTICAL DROP BRAINBUSTER! Without missing a step, Inoue grabbed NAKAI's arm and locked in the TRIANGLE HOLD! Edd Sasaki repeatedly asked NAKAI whether he wanted to submit, prompting NAKAI to defiantly scream, “NO!!!” The champion courageously got to his feet, before mustering all of his strength to dead lift Inoue up from the Triangle position! ...However, sensing what was coming, Inoue released his grip before dropping onto his feet, where he CAUGHT THE CHAMPION WITH A DYNAMITE RIGHT OF HIS OWN, LANDING FLUSH! NAKAI staggered around the ring, but never fell! Instead, Inoue latched onto his back, locking in a sleeper hold! With roaring chants of “NA-KA-I!”, along with KAZUMA FUJITA shouting encouragement from ringside, NAKAI managed to fend Inoue off by stumbling into the corner, sending Inoue smashing head first into the turnbuckle... Despite looking weak, NAKAI came off the ropes, before SMASHING into Inoue with another lariat! Rather than go for the pin, NAKAI lifted Inoue up onto his shoulders, aiming for either the Devil Eruption, or the MAX BULLET... However, Inoue slid down NAKAI's back, locking in ANOTHER sleeper hold! This down, Inoue sank his legs around NAKAI's body, before pulling him to the mat! Inoue's grip shown strong, as blood began to SPURT from NAKAI's forehead! NAKAI appeared to begin losing consciousness... However, the support of the crowd managed to give him the strength to continue fighting, as he somehow pulled himself back up to a standing position! But before he could follow through, Inoue suddenly let down, before HAMMERING into the back of NAKAI's skull with a short-ranged Axe Bomber, before locking in the sleeper hold again! From there, the strength appeared to be quickly depleting from the champion's body, as he slowly dropped to one knee, before... FINALLY GOING LIMP! Sasaki began checking on NAKAI, but there was no response! Sasaki attempted to stop the match, but he couldn't! Inoue continued to hang onto the hold, with Sasaki panicking more and more with every passing second! The flustered referee began to PULL on Inoue's arm to break it, prompting Inoue to shove Sasaki back! Sasaki finally lost it, with eyes full of tears, he began PLEADING with Inoue to release the hold! Finally, a commotion broke out from the fans as Kazuma Fujita jumped onto the apron, screaming Inoue's name to get his attention! “INOUE! INOUE!! LET HIM GO!!!” Fujita shouted, much to the pleasure of Inoue, who turned both he and NAKAI's limp body in the direction of Fujita... Finally, with Edd Sasaki crying and begging, Inoue dramatically released the hold, sending NAKAI's body collapsing flat on the canvas... Then, with his eyes piercing into Fujita's, Inoue arrogantly placed his boot across NAKAI's bloody face, as Edd Sasaki rendered perhaps the fasted three count in the history of professional wrestling...
An eerie silence came over the crowd as Fujita, and other FURY wrestlers stormed the ring to tend to NAKAI... Soon a stretcher was brought to the ring, as emergency workers began to administer CPR to NAKAI... Finally, he was carted to the back, leaving Inoue and an obviously concerned President Hiroshi Nishida... Inoue's coronation ceremony was an awkward scene, as he was presented the F-MAX Unified Heavyweight title... Inoue took hold of his new championship, and in yet another shocking display, he proceeded to THROW IT DOWN ON THE GROUND, to the outcry of the fans! Inoue explained his actions over the microphone, praising NAKAI as a “warrior.” However, Inoue said that he refused to recognize him as a “champion,” which essentially meant he won nothing tonight. An irate President Nishida thrusted the belt outward again, prompting Inoue to SLAP IT AWAY. Inoue said that the only man he considered to be a “champion” in this company was Kazuma Fujita himself! Finally, Nishida SHOVED Inoue, garnering a HUGE ovation from the crowd, before SLAPPING the F-MAX Unified Heavyweight title over his shoulder! An irate Nishida told Inoue to stop INSULTING his company. He called NAKAI the “strongest” FURY had to offer, and said that whether he liked it or not, Ryo Inoue was now the F-MAX Unified Heavyweight champion. Inoue laughed, and said he would carry the “trinket,” but said he would never accept its worth until he defeats the man who paved the road for the title, Kazuma Fujita!
