1/29 Notes: FURY returned to Korakuen Hall, drawing a full house in what would a significant night towards shaping the 2/10 Kyoto City Gymnasium event. President Hiroshi Nishida greeted fans to start the show, and reiterated from newsbits to the Korakuen fans, including the fact that 2/10 will see the rematch between F-MAX Unified Heavyweight Champion Tetsuhisa NAKAI and challenger Ryo Inoue, in a match where there can be no stoppages, be it from referee, second, or even doctor. However, he revealed that he wanted another special match for the show, involving the four aligned units in FURY he called out representatives from the four units, as Akira Takayoshi, Otsuo Kayusa, ATSUKA, and TAKU all appeared. After some back-and-forth arguing from all four sides, a unique elimination match was made for 2/10. However, TAKU pointed out that something needed to be at stake. After beating around the bush, TAKU finally laid out his proposal: The last unit eliminated will have to DISBAND. This caused further argument to break out among the units. However, ATSUKA spoke out, and said that he was tired of CHAOTICS being ignored among the units in FURY, and AGREED to TAKU's stipulation, promising that CHAOTICS would be the one to finally rid FURY of UPRISER'Z. Reluctantly, both Akira and Otsuo agreed, making this dangerous match official for 2/10...
In the fourth match, Jun Kobayashi and Mastodon Fukuda finally locked horns in a singles match... However, it was over about as quick as it began, as both men brawled violently all over Korakuen, forcing a no-contest... Even with the match over, the fighting continued, with both men bringing weapons into the frey! Both men were eventually separated. On the microphone, Fukuda threw out another challenge to Kobayashi, demanding a HARDCORE rules match against him on 2/10 in Kyoto! Without hesitation, the irate Kobayashi accepted!
In the night's semi final, UPRISER'Z were victorious over STRONG RIDERS, after Iwata used a groin kick on Kayusa en route to cradling him with a backslide for the win... After the match, UPRISER'Z further taunted STRONG RIDERS, asking who their fourth would be for the big unit survival match on 2/10. Kayusa admitted that he had no clue yet, but said they would do their best to find a suitable partner...
In the night's main event, the F-MAX Unified Heavyweight Champion Tetsuhisa NAKAI made his presence known, as he scored the winning fall over NEW FORCE's Naoyuki Watanabe in a thrilling six-man tag. In defeat, Watanabe was gracious, and praised the skill of the champion. Akira offered further encouragement, telling NAKAI to “prove the worth of FURY once and for all” against Ryo Inoue on 2/10. NAKAI predicted a violent bout against Inoue, but said that it will be a fight of the rawest magnitude, between two of Japan's strongest.

1/30 Notes: January wrapped up with a small show in Yamanashi. Iwata once again scored a sneaky win over STRONG RIDERS in the third match, using a low blow assisted backslide to pin Kyoshima Yosuken. Fukuda and Kobayashi were also involved, as the two continued what is turning into one of FURY's most violent rivalries.
After signing off on TAKU's idea of forcing the losing unit of the Unit Survival match to disband on 2/10, ATSUKA and the rest of CHAOTICS kicked off what would become an impressive streak of wins, as CHAOTICS were successful in both of their matches tonight. After ATSUKA and YAKUTA won out over Yoshihiro Shimoda and Ryuugo Nagashima, ATSUKA proudly declared 2009 to be the “year of CHAOS.”

2/01 Notes: FURY returned to Chiba, as FURY continued its tread towards Kyoto. Tetsujin and Kinniku Kamen Nisei once again failed in retrieving their possessions from RYUJI and Manabe Tsuji. Tetsujin and Nisei showed some good fire early on, but were eventually overcome by the power and experience of RYUJI and Tsuji. After Tsuji scored the fall over Nisei, RYUJI taunted the two, but said they'd give them one more opportunity to win back their possessions on 2/10 in Kyoto...
In the fourth match, CHAOTICS once again continued their streak of good luck, as ATSUKA scored a direct fall over Kyoto Okazaki following a thrilling series of near falls between the two. Of course, ATSUKA rubbed his win in Okazaki's face afterwards. Okazaki however laughed, saying that ATSUKA shouldn't get too overconfident, or it'll be he who will spell the end for his own unit...
In the semi final, UPRISER'Z members TAKU and Daisuke Iwata defeated Otsuo Kayusa and Kyoshima Yosuken of STRONG RIDERS, after Iwata used his Fire Thunder “Assatsu Driver” to pin Hujikawa. More talk over the 2/10 unit survival match developed, with TAKU saying he didn't care which unit ends up disbanding on 2/10, but promised it wouldn't be UPRISER'Z! On STRONG RIDERS' fourth member, Kayusa again said that it was undecided, but said they had a “friend” in studying overseas that may return to Japan...

In the main event, Etsuya Kawachi scored a direct fall over one-half of the PWC Jr. Tag Champions in Jet Jaguar, gaining a psychological advantage for he and Kamon heading into 2/10. Both fighters traded cradles near the end, with Kawachi finally hooking the GTK to pin Jaguar's shoulders down for the three.

2/08 Notes: The last stop before Kyoto was full of surprises, as 1,500 fans packed Zepp Osaka. While Jaguar appeared to have even the score on 2/06, he would be in for a surprise, as Hidaka Kamon soundly defeated him in a preliminary tag bout, as Kamon and Kawachi faced Jaguar and Yoshihiro Shimoda in a thrilling junior sprint. In the end, Kawachi laid out Jaguar with the go 2 school, allowing Kamon to finish him with the Shoushinjisatsu. After the match, Kawachi and Kamon promised to become PWC Jr. Heavyweight tag champions, and would bring NEW FORCE their first pair of championships.
Things got even stranger in the next match, as the first of two “Prelude to THE VERDICT” special matches were presented. NEW FORCE battled CHAOTICS in a thrilling eight-man tag. Despite putting up an incredible fight, most expected that CHAOTICS would end up on the losing side of things before the end. However, fans were surprised when ATSUKA climaxed an exciting exchange of counters with C. Bones with the AT-Z, leading to CHAOTICS picking up the victory! ATSUKA tore into NEW FORCE after the match, saying they were sick of being underestimated...
In the main event, STRONG RIDERS clashed with UPRISER'Z in the second “Prelude to THE VERDICT” special match. STRONG RIDERS' fourth was finally revealed. While most fans guessed Norihiro Akashi, they would be in for a shock as, much to the dismay of Daisuke Iwata, SHIGERU IWASAKI returned to the FURY ring, wearing a STRONG RIDERS letterman jacket! Iwasaki, looking to be in incredible shape after a seven month excursion. Iwasaki made a huge impact, scoring the winning fall over F-MAX Jr. Heavyweight Champion Shin Kaiju after debuting his new “Cross Knell” Hammerlock Implant DDT. Iwasaki spoke passionately after the match, saying he had spent the last seven months collecting the pieces of his psyche Daisuke Iwata shattered when he betrayed him to join UPRISER'Z. Iwasaki said he would exact revenge on 2/10, and help STRONG RIDERS, NEW FORCE, and CHAOTICS to finally destroy UPRISER'Z once and for all...

2/04 Notes: In Aichi, the road to Kyoto continued in front of 1,200 fans. After the semi final, Otsuo Kayusa finally announced that they had found their fourth for 2/10, and promised to unveil him on 2/08 in Osaka against UPRISER'Z in a special “Prelude to THE VERDICT” match.
In the main event, Etsuya Kawachi scored a direct fall over one-half of the PWC Jr. Tag Champions in Jet Jaguar, gaining a psychological advantage for he and Kamon heading into 2/10. Both fighters traded cradles near the end, with Kawachi finally hooking the GTK to pin Jaguar's shoulders down for the three.

2/06 Notes: Jet Jaguar returned the favor to Kawachi, as he avenged his loss from the show before by cradling Kawachi with a small package for the pin. After the match, Kawachi asked for another preliminary match before 2/10. With GALLEON busy in Nanse, Jaguar accepted, and asked Yoshihiro Shimoda to be his partner as both sides agreed to a match on 2/08.

2. Etsuya Kawachi & Hidaka Kamon beat Yoshihiro Shimoda & Jet Jaguar (13:55) when Kamon used the Shoushinjisatsu on Jaguar.
3. Prelude to THE VERDICT ~ Special Match: ATSUKA, YAKUTA, Kotaro Ota & Fumihiko Shirai beat Akira Takayoshi, Naoyuki Watanabe, Kazuki Sendo & C. Bones (16:47) when ATSUKA used the AT-Z on Bones.
4. Tetsuhisa NAKAI, Hiroaki Nakata & Ryuugo Nagashima [FREE] beat Masafuji Yoshida, Chikao Kessin & Go Taniguchi (12:31) when NAKAI used a lariat on Taniguchi.
5. Prelude to THE VERDICT ~ Special Match: Otsuo Kayusa, Kyoshima Yosuken, Kenichiro Hujikawa & Shigeru Iwasaki (X) beat TAKU, Daisuke Iwata, Shin Kaiju & Kyoto Okazaki (14:29) when Iwasaki used the Cross Knell on Kaiju.
2/08 Notes: The last stop before Kyoto was full of surprises, as 1,500 fans packed Zepp Osaka. While Jaguar appeared to have even the score on 2/06, he would be in for a surprise, as Hidaka Kamon soundly defeated him in a preliminary tag bout, as Kamon and Kawachi faced Jaguar and Yoshihiro Shimoda in a thrilling junior sprint. In the end, Kawachi laid out Jaguar with the go 2 school, allowing Kamon to finish him with the Shoushinjisatsu. After the match, Kawachi and Kamon promised to become PWC Jr. Heavyweight tag champions, and would bring NEW FORCE their first pair of championships.
Things got even stranger in the next match, as the first of two “Prelude to THE VERDICT” special matches were presented. NEW FORCE battled CHAOTICS in a thrilling eight-man tag. Despite putting up an incredible fight, most expected that CHAOTICS would end up on the losing side of things before the end. However, fans were surprised when ATSUKA climaxed an exciting exchange of counters with C. Bones with the AT-Z, leading to CHAOTICS picking up the victory! ATSUKA tore into NEW FORCE after the match, saying they were sick of being underestimated...
In the main event, STRONG RIDERS clashed with UPRISER'Z in the second “Prelude to THE VERDICT” special match. STRONG RIDERS' fourth was finally revealed. While most fans guessed Norihiro Akashi, they would be in for a shock as, much to the dismay of Daisuke Iwata, SHIGERU IWASAKI returned to the FURY ring, wearing a STRONG RIDERS letterman jacket! Iwasaki, looking to be in incredible shape after a seven month excursion. Iwasaki made a huge impact, scoring the winning fall over F-MAX Jr. Heavyweight Champion Shin Kaiju after debuting his new “Cross Knell” Hammerlock Implant DDT. Iwasaki spoke passionately after the match, saying he had spent the last seven months collecting the pieces of his psyche Daisuke Iwata shattered when he betrayed him to join UPRISER'Z. Iwasaki said he would exact revenge on 2/10, and help STRONG RIDERS, NEW FORCE, and CHAOTICS to finally destroy UPRISER'Z once and for all...
