8/28 Notes: Following their victory over Kazuma Fujita and Mamoru Sekishima, Jun Kobayashi and Kenichiro Hujikawa issued a challenge to the current F-MAX Tag Team Champions, Akira Takayoshi and Naoyuki Watanabe! Their challenge was answered by Akira Takayoshi. Kobayashi noted their recent streak of victories, and declared themselves to be the rightful #1 contenders. Akira acknowledged their recent success, but said that he was not sure they were the #1 contenders. Hujikawa stepped up, saying they would prove it in a non-title match against the champions. Akira agreed, as the three men made the match official for FURY's 9/08 event in Osaka... Norihiro Akashi once again impressed after using his brand new "Ignition Crash" finisher on Ryuugo Nagashima. Well, impressed everyone but Tetsuhisa NAKAI, who attempted to leave the ring as soon as the match ended. Akashi however demanded to be acknowledged by one of his senpais. This of course raised the ire of NAKAI, who said that Akashi had done nothing to earn any acknowledgment, other than being a "tourist" around the world. NAKAI finally said that he would only acknowledge Akashi if he could beat him in a singles match next month in Korakuen! Akashi jumped at the chance, and accepted the match for 9/24 in Korakuen... During intermission, Kazuma Fujita announced the return of the "NEW BREED" tournament concept for the less experienced wrestlers on the roster. This year however, Fujita announced that the tournament would be now known as the "Hiroshita Yagato Memorial Cup" in tribute to the man who trained most of the wrestlers in Pro-Wrestling FURY. Fujita announced that the tournament would take place from 9/05 in Gifu to 9/25 in Tokyo. In addition, Fujita announced that Satoru Yamato of Nansei Nihon Pro-Wrestling and Shuji Kawashima of Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON would participate... UPRISER'Z dealt an overwhelming defeat to the Mushozoku team of Hiroaki Nakata, Masafuji Yoshida, Masato Osagawa, and the F-MAX Jr. Heavyweight Champion Jet Jaguar. In fact, it would be Jaguar who would take the loss after being driven head first into the mat by ATSUKA's "BDSM" straight jacket piledriver. After the match, ATSUKA succeeded in placing the ball gag around Jaguar's mouth, further humiliating him. In a low, gravely voice, ATSUKA said he was going to "play" with Jaguar like a "cat plays with a mouse."
